Understanding my Water/Utility Bill

If you need to understand how to read your water bill, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Post card size bills go out to every resident by the end of each month. You should see it the first week of the month.

All bills are due on the 15th of the month. If you do not receive it, please call our Office for your total amount due.

Payment options are: cash, check, money order, debit card or credit card.

Please keep in mind this happens EVERY month, if payment is not received by the:

15th - we apply a late penalty on the 16th (10% of bill)
20th – we send Disconnection Notice ($15.00 fee applies)
Last week of month – we Disconnection all unpaid accounts. ($106.00 fee applied)

Garbage Pick-up dates for each side of town:
