Upcoming Utility Projects

2018-2023 Sanitary Main Heavy Clean Out Program- Status - Ongoing - This wastewater collection program is a contracted 5-year program that cleans approximately 20,000 LF of sanitary sewer mains per year, potential root cutting, and/or heavy cleanout procedures of existing main to ensure sanitary flow is not hindered. 

2022 Chemical Building Improvement Project - Status: Under Construction - This Wastewater Treatment Improvement Project is geared towards constructing a chemical housing building that provides a safe, secure facility for dosing the Wastewater Treatment Facility with controllable synthetic carbon and, if needed, caustic to ensure proper treatment standards are being met.

2023 North Lift Station and Collection System Improvement Project - Status: Planning & Design - This wastewater collection project looks at rehabilitating a 45+ year old lift station on the north end of the community. This project also entails sanitary sewer manhole replacements, CIPP-lining of sanitary sewer mains, and spot repairs in an effort to reduce infiltration and inflow.

 

2024 Baghouse and Pneumatic Conveyor Improvement Project - Status: Planning & Design - This water treatment process looks at rehabilitating improvement treatment equipment in the potable water treatment process.

 

2024 Filter Media Improvement Project- Status: Supplying Material - This water treatment process looks at rehabilitating grid diffusers, media, and other pertinent filter process to continue the potable water treatment process.
