PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Eagle Grove, Iowa, is hereby serving as Public Notice that on:
Monday, December 20, 2021 at the Eagle Grove Council Chambers located at 210 E. Broadway in Eagle Grove, Iowa, at 6:30 p.m.,
the City Council will hold a public hearing at City Hall to consider action on:
- amending the Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 165.39 pertaining to the permitted uses in the Business B-2 District in the City of Eagle Grove, Iowa
- and to consider action on amending the Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 124.02 pertaining to definitions under Adult Entertainment Businesses in the Municipal Code of Ordinances.
This meeting will be held to give residents information concerning the proposed additions, modifications, changes, or amendments to the Eagle Grove Municipal Code of Ordinances. Actions on the proposed amendments may be taken following the Public Hearing.
Citizens are encouraged to attend and express their preferences about the proposed amendments. Proposed amendments can be found at the Eagle Grove City Hall at 210 E. Broadway in Eagle Grove, Iowa. All individuals and residents are encouraged to attend the Hearing. Should you require special accommodations, such as handicapped accessibility or translation services, you may contact City Hall at 515-448-4343 prior to the Hearing.
