All crew members pay for carrying the pager:

Monday-Sunday: $3.00/hour

Rate per call: Holidays: $6.00/hour

Drivers:        Monday-Sunday $12.40/hour     Holiday $18.60/hour

EMT:            Monday-Sunday $14.90/hour      Holiday $22.35/hour

AEMT:         Monday-Sunday $16.15/hour      Holiday $24.23/hour

Paramedic: Monday - Sunday $17.40/hour    Holiday $26.10/hour

Our shifts are set up in these time frames as a baseline but may be subject to change: 00-06, 06-10, 10-1400, 1400-1800, and 1800-0000

We meet monthly (except July and December} on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. for a meeting and training.

Members are required to attend. If you are unable to attend, you are required to make up the meeting/training prior to the next month's meeting. We do several fundraisers throughout the year. All members are asked to participate and help out. During Summerfest, we have a flight breakfast where we set up and serve eggs, sausage, and pancakes. We have a first aid booth at the Wright County Fair each July. Members are asked to sign up and take their turn at the booth.

BONUS: If you put in 50 hours a month, you will receive $300.00 quarterly. You could make an extra $900.00/year! EMT Training: Eagle Grove EMS is always willing to pay for training of current crew members as well as new hires. Classes are held through Iowa Central Community College.
