You should get your utility bill on the first week of the month.
Of each month:

On the 15th – your Utility bill is due

On the 16th – 10% penalty applies on all Unpaid Accounts

On the 20th – disconnection notices get mailed on all Unpaid Accounts (fee applied)
On the last week of the month . –
Disconnection of Service - all Unpaid Accounts (fee applies)
In the event that service is terminated, full payment of your account plus re-hookup fee, will be required before service is resumed.
