The City of Eagle Grove takes pride in providing quality services to the citizens of our City. We strive for an environment in which the City may reach its full potential as an efficient organization. In order to reach our full potential the City has adopted an Employee Handbook and Personnel Manual.

In addition, the City of Eagle Grove is committed to proving a safe and healthy workplace to all of our employees. We expect each employee to take this commitment seriously and to continually look for ways to improve the safety of co-workers, citizens and yourself. The City provides safety programs, training and the proper equipment to complete tasks safely. In turn, the employees are asked to comply with each program, put forth a conscience effort to participate in the training seminars

When applying for a position with the City of Eagle Grove, it is mandatory to complete the City's Job Application Form, as well as the Release Form. Resumes or cover letters are optional unless specifically required for the position you are applying. When completing these forms, please be as accurate and thorough as possible.
