The 2025 Street Improvement Projects entails the redevelopment of SW 1st Street, NE 2nd Street, and NW 8th Street that includes street scarification, specific curb enhancement, subdrains, manhole replacement, intake protection, and minor manhole adjustments. Anticipated Substantial Completion Date - August 15, 2025.

 A deposit of $125.00 will be required for the Plans and Specifications, refundable if returned in an unmarked, reusable condition within fourteen (14) days after the award of the contract.
